Getting a workout in is a great way to de-stress and help boost your immune system. Even though gyms are following the guidelines set by Health Canada and staff is doing their best keeping all the equipment and surfaces clean, many people are avoiding places where they could contract the virus or spread it to other people.

You can get a great session with minimal equipment such a kettle bell or a dumbbell. For those who have no equipment at home, focus on the basics- planks, push ups, squats, lunges, burpees etc.
