My Favourite Workouts

Hey guys! This is Rali writing :) Today I wanted to talk about my favourite workouts and share some of them with you all. I have been doing mostly Crossfit for the past few years, focusing more on strength lately while trying o keep my conditioning in a decent form. I am a big fan of the Crossfit approach but I also enjoy trying other training styles. The workouts I prefer the most are the ones that line up with my training goals, challenge me and are fun to perform. In my opinion, and what I find most efficient for myself is a full body workout that has a strength and conditioning benefit. 

Here are some of my all time favourite workouts for you to try. They aren't really for time but the goal is too keep a goodt pace without sacrificing form. 

Workout 1 

5 rounds:


10 Back Squats @65%

10 Pull-Ups

20 Alternating Reverse Lunges

10 Chin-Ups

15 Hip Thrusts

Finisher: 3X50 Banded Hip Abductions


Workout 2

100 Double Unders

30 Deadlifts

30 Front Squats

30 Push Press

80 Double Unders

20 Deadlifts

20 Front Squats

20 Push Press

60 Double Unders

10 Deadlifts

10 Front Squats

10 Push Press

* Use a barbell or dumbbells for this wed; the same weight for all movements


Workout 3 ( Dumbbells only)


4 Rounds:


10 Deadlifts

10 Push Press

Rest 2 min

4 Rounds:

20 DB Snatches

15 Push-Ups

30 Double Unders
