Politique d'expédition

We try to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. If your item was purchased during a sale, it will take longer due to the increased volume of orders. We will not be held responsible for lost packages. If tracking shows that your product was delivered then we will NOT send another one if you say it was not received.

If your order is returned due to incorrect address information, we will re ship your order once correct address has been confirmed and shipping has been paid by the customer. Make sure to check junk/spam mail for tracking information. If you do not provide an email you will not receive updates.

If you are a Canadian customer tracking is included with the cost of shipping and will be included in a confirmation email. If you are from the USA/INT'L and did not select tracked package at checkout you will not receive a tracking number.
