We try to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Each parcel is sent via Canada Post Business Expedited which means that we send ALL orders with TRACKING. Depending on your location shipping times can vary regardless of Canada Post estimated delivery time frames. They do not guarantee any dates  for requested services. 

If your item was purchased during a sale, it will take longer due to the increased volume of orders. We will not be held responsible for lost packages. If tracking shows that your product was delivered then we will NOT send another one if you say it was not received.

If your order is returned due to incorrect address information, we will re ship your order once correct address has been confirmed and shipping has been paid by the customer. Make sure to check junk/spam mail for tracking information. If you do not provide an email you will not receive updates.

If you are a Canadian customer tracking is included with the cost of shipping and will be included in a confirmation email. If you are from the USA/INT'L and did not select tracked package at checkout you will not receive a tracking number.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS until verified by staff. Our ship from address is NOT a valid address. Orders that are returned without being verified by staff will NOT be eligible for a refund as the package will be lost. We ship world wide. Once a package leaves Canada we cannot track or estimate a delivery unless tracking is purchased. This is highly recommended. Canada Post delivery timeframes date also not guaranteed. If your package in needed by a specific time we suggest reaching out to us so we can advise best shipping choice. Since we cannot track packages outside of Canada (without the purchase of tracking) we will NOT re ship items or refund an order if for any reason it does not reach its final destination. Shipping times may take up to 4 weeks due to customs and immigration.  Please note that US Customs Fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Items must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, unused and in brand new condition. If you send us an item that shows any signs of wear, chalk, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume etc. we will NOT send an exchange. Items may be exchanged within ONE week of customer receiving shipment. Exchange items must be sent back at the cost of the customer.  Please note that International Customs Fees are the responsibility of the customer.
